How to Fix Outlook Login (Stuck Processing)
If Outlook is stuck processing and will not open, try the
steps outlined below.

Click the Windows button (start button) in the
lower left of your desktop screen.

In the search box, type Run.

Press enter
or click the Run program.

In the Run
window type, Outlook.exe /safe
This will start Outlook in safe mode. After Outlooks opens,
you can close out of Outlook and restart it normally. Running Outlook in safe
mode will clear up most issues caused by an improper closing of the desktop
application or any issues caused by add ins.
