Add a Departmental Shared Mailbox to an Individual Account in the Outlook Web App
This process
will add a Shared Mailbox as a folder to OWA the same way it is displayed in
Outlook 2013/2016:
1.
Sign in to OWA at mail.ku.edu with
your KU Online ID and password.
2. Below the
Favorites list, you will see a line with your mailbox name. Right-click that
and select “Add shared folder…”

3. In the “Add
shared folder” dialog, search the directory for the display name of the Shared
Mailbox.

4. Select
'Add'

The Shared
Mailbox will now be displayed as a collapsible folder below your individual
mailbox.
