If Cisco AnyConnect is not allowing access to KU Anywhere, uninstall and reinstall Cisco AnyConnect.

Click the Windows logo in the bottom left of the screen.

Click Uninstall a program.

Find and click on Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client in the list that appears, then click the Uninstall button at the top of the list.

A box may appear asking if you are sure you would like to uninstall. Select Yes.
- The program will then uninstall itself. After it is complete, visit https://technology.ku.edu/software/kuanywhere to re-install Cisco AnyConnect. Please visit KB0012154 KU Anywhere Cisco AnyConnect Client Installation Overview for additional instructions on downloading Cisco AnyConnect.
