As of 10/26/23 there is bug in Jabra's most recent update that is causing Jabra Direct to fail to install. Below are the steps to work around this.
- Navagate to https://www.jabra.com/software-and-services/jabra-direct
- Select Download for Windows
- Launch the installer from the downloads folder. This will install over the existing install.
