How to view a Shared Mailbox on Outlook.Office.com
- Log into your email at outlook.office.com
- Click your avatar icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Select "Open Another Mailbox"
- From here a pop up window will appear in your web browser. Type in the email address of the shared mailbox that you would like to view. Click Open to open the mailbox in a new tab.
