After you change your password, you may be prompted by Skype for Business to enter your Exchange credentials after you log in. To resolve this issue, and click the "Enter Credentials" button to enter your username and password.
If your account has been migrated to the cloud, enter your username as KUOnlineID@home.ku.edu.
