How to pull your existing CITI Certificates


In this article, we will explain how to pull your existing CITI Certificates from the CITI website. 


  1. Open your browser of choice (Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc) and navigate to https://about.citiprogram.org/
  2. In the upper right hand corner, there is a blue "Log In" button. Click that.
  3. You will be presented with a login screen. Above the username and password field, click the "Log in through my Organization".
  4. About half way down this page, there is a search bar to find your organization. Type in "Kansas" in that search bar. Selection options will being appearing, click on "University of Kansas - Lawrence". Then click on the blue button that says "Continue to SSO Login"
  5. Login with your KU username and password if prompted.
  6. Now that you are logged in, click the View Courses button that is to the right of "University of Kansas - Lawrence".
  7. Click on the yellow "View - Print - Share Record" for the corresponding certificate you want to share out.
  8. Once you have clicked into the certificate you want to share out, you will be presented with a completion report and completions certificate. Copy the link for the Completion Certificate. This will be the right most copy link button on the page.
  9. You can now paste that into an email, teams etc to turn the certificate in. If you are turning in multiple and need to get back to your other records. Click on "My Records" at the top center of the page.
