CPPR utilizes SharePoint for collaborative resources, OneDrive for Business for backing up any critical projects you may be working on independently, and Gitlab for managing source code control, and KU IT storage servers for archive, and data access from our applications. Using these resources is expected as they protect both you and CPPR in the event of loss of locally stored files through unexpected circumstances (such as software or hardware issues, theft, fire, or host being compromised by malware). Since these resources exist, the production of external media (CD\DVD\USB) is prohibited. Likewise, the usage of unauthorized or unknown external media is also prohibited.
