How to pull your CITI Security Certificates


  1. In your browser of choice, navigate to https://about.citiprogram.org/
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen click log in. 
  3. You will now be taken to the login page. Click on login through my organization. 
  4. A Search bar will appear, type in "Kansas". A drop down will appear, Select "University of Kansas - Lawrence"
  5. Click on the "Continue to SSO Login / Instructions. 
  6. This will take you over to KU Single Sign on. Sign in as you normally would here. 
  7. NOTE: You may be asked to fill out a profile update form. Fill this out with your department and role as best as you are able. only the fields with an * are required.
  8. Once you are fully logged in you should see this a list of your completed certificates.
  9. Click on the View Print Share Record for each certificate you would like. 
  10. You will now be presented with two options, a completion report and a certificate. Click on View Print for the Completion Certificate.
  11. Once you click that, a PDF will open. You can download this to your machine. 
  12. You can now close this tab and go back and repeat steps 8-11 to download each certificate you would like.
